    We seek our next ServiceNow Implementer for The Future Of Work Digital Workplace at Deloitte.

    We combine methodology and technology in a dynamic environment in global and challenging projects.

    We are looking for a passionate consultant who seeks to understand tech-related services and operations and make a true impact on our customers by guiding them on best practices. 

    What you will do:

    • Accompaniment and partnership in technological projects based on a broad ServiceNow system from the characterization phase
    • Characterization of customer needs and construction of technological solutions (development or system configuration settings) based on the ServiceNow system
    • Accompanying the process of implementing the system installation and adjusting the required modules
    • Providing service and technical support to managers and employees in the organization on the information system
    • Support for local and global projects, while working in a close interface with internal and external organizational interfaces

    Requirements

    • 1-3 years of experience as a ServiceNow implementer or developer- Must
    • Bachelor's degree or Certification in a related field- Advantage
    • High level of English- both verbal and written
    • Analytical thinking and the ability to learn independently
    • High interpersonal communication and work capabilities with many interfaces in the organization
