Senior Business Application Specialist (Marketing, CRM & AI Agents)

We are looking for a Senior Business Application Specialist with strong Salesforce expertise and a passion for solving business challenges through Marketing, CRM, and AI-driven solutions.

In this role, you will work in a dynamic environment and be responsible for leading the implementation, optimization, and ongoing evolution of business applications, with a focus on Marketing, CRM, and AI Agents.
Working closely with designers, developers, and project managers, you will lead programmatic and operational initiatives, advise clients on best practices, and help organizations fully leverage the capabilities of their platforms.
The role includes:
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of leading business application platforms, including Salesforce and related Marketing and CRM solutions
- Work with management and clients to define KPIs, create reporting frameworks, and analyze performance
- Provide strategic recommendations to continuously improve campaigns, workflows, automations, and business processes
- Manage end-to-end initiatives, from ideation, configuration, and segmentation through analysis and optimization
- Build and manage segments, audiences, and data-driven logic using SQL
- Lead client-facing responsibilities such as gathering business requirements, running discovery sessions, presenting demos, and translating business needs into scalable solutions
- Support the design and adoption of AI Agent use cases and intelligent automation solutions
- Document business problems, requirements, solution designs, and technical specifications
- Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in Salesforce, CRM, business applications, marketing technology, and AI
- Work with local and global organizations across multidisciplinary teams
Requirements:
- Tech-savvy mindset with strong business and systems thinking

- Self-motivated, creative thinker with a can-do attitude
- High level of English, written and spoken — must
- 1–3 years of Salesforce experience or Salesforce Admin certification — must
- 1–3 years of experience documenting business problems and requirements, designing solutions, and authoring technical documentation — must
- Familiarity with SQL — must
- Previous experience in CRM and marketing automation — advantage
- Previous experience in AI Agents or LLM solutions — advantage
- Project management experience — advantage
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS — advantage
