Oracle Finance Expert

Deloitte is looking for Oracle Finance leader to join our growing team!

Deloitte is looking for a Finance Lead to drive finance workstreams in transformation programs. You’ll work with local and global teams on Oracle projects in Israel and abroad, from advisory through implementation and support, including AI-driven initiatives that enhance financial processes and decision-making.

What you will do:

• Lead finance workshops and map end-to-end business processes.
• Define, document, and manage business requirements and solution scope.
• Partner with implementation teams on Oracle-enabled process design.
• Drive decision-making, prioritization, and delivery governance.
• Support testing readiness and adoption from a business perspective.
• Manage teams of finance implementers.

• A strong business processes understanding, high logic and analytic skills, ability to define and outline business requirements.
• Experienced with Oracle 
• Finance, Accounting, or related field experience.
• Self-learning ability and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Project management skills and technical orientation.
• Bachelor's degree or Certification in a related field- Advantage.
