Monitor Deloitte is seeking a Business Transformation Lead (Senior Manager) to join the founding team of our Business Transformation Practice.
As a Business Transformation Lead within Monitor Deloitte - the strategic consulting unit - you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clients. In this senior position, you will leverage your expertise to drive business transformation, enhance efficiency, and deliver sustainable impact.
Our Business Transformation Team tackles strategic challenges and specializes in leading and implementing long-term change programs that fundamentally improve business performance. From shaping strategy to designing and implementing change plans, we ensure our clients achieve lasting results.
We take a holistic approach, considering all business improvement levers, management infrastructure, work processes, and cultural and behavioral factors. Our solutions span among other things across efficiency programs, cost reductions, capacity enhancement and debottlenecking, operating model transformations, transitions to advanced organizational structures, and shifts in strategic business focus.
What you’ll do:
- Be a key member of the founding team of the Business Transformation Practice, working alongside the lead partner. You will help recruit and develop the team, build the potential client portfolio, and take a hands-on role in project delivery.
- Drive business development activities, including commercial and marketing initiatives, to foster client engagement and support the growth of the practice.
- Lead teams through major transformation programs, addressing challenges such as cost reductions, operational streamlining, margin and revenue growth, talent optimization, and capacity enhancement.
- Solve complex problems by identifying root causes and implementing effective, practical solutions.
- Mentor and develop team members, strengthening existing capabilities and supporting the growth of the practice.
Requirements
This role is a great fit if you:
- Hold a B.A./M.A. and/or MBA (a degree from a leading global MBA program is preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm
- Have a proven track record of delivering successful business transformations for a variety of clients.
- Are an excellent problem solver with strong analytical skills, and enjoy driving tactical implementation and project execution.
- Communicate clearly and can build strong relationships at all levels, including leading program management and sales efforts.
- Have demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams, driving project success, and developing people.
- Possess outstanding stakeholder management skills, including working with senior executives.
- Are data-driven, enjoy collecting and analyzing data, and use both quantitative and qualitative methods to solve problems.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
