Providing internal users with hardware and software troubleshooting support Offering both in-person and remote assistance Managing and responding to support tickets within a ticketing system Providing on-site support to remote offices
Requirements
Familiarity with laptops. Experience diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. Experience troubleshooting Office and Windows problems. Experience installing operating systems. Experience working with mobile devices and tablets. Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, and SCCM. Good technical English skills. Familiarity and prior experience with multimedia equipment – an advantage. Independent, responsible, diligent, proactive, excellent interpersonal skills, and a high level of customer service orientation. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure. Ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to work independently. High motivation to learn and advance.
