Deloitte is looking for a PMO rockstar with proven experience in Project Management or Business Operations, that is very comfortable around numbers and software.
What you Will do?
As a PMO you will streamline and optimize organizational workflows for our clients, ensuring operational excellence while supporting our mission .In this role, you will lead initiatives to refine operational processes, implement efficiencies, and adapt to technological advancements. Working closely with the management team and with stakeholders within customers’ organizations —including business, engineering, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day project operations to ensure seamless workflows and adherence to best practices.
- Oversee project data analysis on a regular basis, including personnel, budgets, and infrastructure, to meet organizational business targets.
- Work internally and with clients’ stakeholders to ensure and improve efficiency.
- Partner with business, engineering, and product teams to ensure alignment between operational processes and project objectives.
- Track projects progress, milestones and KPIs
- Incorporate feedback from internal and external stakeholders to refine strategies and adapt to changing conditions.
Requirements
- 1-4 years in a similar role preferably within a digital or tech-driven company.
- Highly organized and task oriented.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills in in Hebrew and English
- Proficiency in Excel and Power point
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday) – A Plus
- Ability to build strong relationships, collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and manage cross-functional interfaces.
- BA / BSc in Economics / Industrial Engineering / Information Systems, or a related analytical or technical field.
