Fleet Car Specialist

Overall responsibility for the ongoing operation of the firm's fleet of leasing vehicles, handling road accidents/accidents, working with suppliers and internal parties, and administrative and accounting control of bills and reports. Coordination of services and garages: coordination, collection and return of vehicles for treatments/repairs; Working with workers and garages. • Handling accidents and unusual events: accompanying employees in accident/damage processes, coordinating with the leasing company and relevant parties. • Communication and mailing to drivers: issuing updates on vehicles, parking lots, taxis, and related services. • Vehicle mobility and transfer of rights: updating drivers' details, conversions and replacements between employees. • Supplier Accounts Control: Checking and approving leasing accounts, fuel, toll roads and transportation providers (including working with suppliers). • Reports and controls: Fuel and leasing (Excel) report generation for bookkeeping. • Pool vehicle management and availability: availability tracking, information update, coordination with employees. • Third-party claims tracking: Tracking charges/credits for deductibles and refunds. • Police/municipality reports: handling report conversions, charging employees and updating the leasing company. • Records management and digital services: Employee registration and invoice/billing management for Cellopark, Pango and Gett

• Certificate of "Traffic Safety Officer" from the Ministry of Transport. 1 • Previous experience in a similar position (fleet management/vehicle officer/vehicle operation) – an advantage • Good Excel and report generation; Order, accuracy and accounting control. • High serviceability, ability to work with a variety of interfaces and meeting loads/multitasking. • Ability to handle urgent and unusual events independently and responsibly. • A valid driver's license – mandatory.
