    Talent Acquisition Specialist

    Description

    Deloitte, the world’s leading and largest professional services firm in consulting and accounting, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Take full ownership and lead the end-to-end recruitment process for interns across the firm.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job profiles, open positions in the recruitment system, and build sourcing strategies.
    • Identify and engage suitable candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, social networks, and the company’s recruitment system.
    • Screen CVs, conduct phone interviews, and hold in-person interviews.
    • Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing close support and consultation to hiring managers.


    Requirements


    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field – required
    • At least one year of prior experience in recruitment (including experience from placement agencies) – required
    • Very high level of English proficiency – required
    • Significant advantage: Experience conducting in-person interviews and working directly with hiring managers
    • Advantage: Previous experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and social networks
    • Strong organizational skills, persistence, ability to lead processes, and high level of independence
