What You’ll Do
- Work with leading companies and public sector organizations in Israel to solve business challenges through AI, digital, product, and technology-driven transformation.
- Support clients in defining and shaping AI-powered growth strategies, combining business priorities, customer needs, product opportunities, and technology capabilities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on AI, digital, and product-related decisions, including strategy, use-case prioritization, and implementation planning.
- Identify high-value business opportunities and translate them into AI, digital, and product initiatives with clear value propositions.
- Develop strategic and product roadmaps, transforming vision into actionable initiatives from concept to implementation.
- Translate customer, user, and business needs into clear business, product, and functional requirements.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, data teams, developers, and business stakeholders to support solution design and execution.
- Support the design of AI-enabled products and capabilities, including use-case definition, feature design, user journeys, and operating model implications.
- Bridge strategy and execution by aligning business goals with product decisions, data requirements, and technology considerations.
- Contribute to client discussions on innovation, product strategy, AI adoption, and digital transformation.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, business development, product management/analysis, or related roles.
- Strong business and strategic thinking, with the ability to structure problems, generate insights, and deliver practical recommendations.
- Strong product mindset, including experience in customer needs analysis, product requirements, prioritization, and business value creation.
- High affinity for technology and experience working with digital products, data, AI tools, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong interest in AI and GenAI, with the ability to connect technology capabilities to real business needs and customer outcomes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in ambiguous and complex environments.
- Ability to collaborate across business, product, and technology stakeholders and drive alignment.
- Highly adaptable, fast learner, and comfortable working across industries and new domains.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, both client-facing and internally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field from a leading academic institution.
Location: Tel Aviv, Hybrid.
