    Description

    Job Description The position includes responsibility for the end-to-end planning, supervision, and management of business and strategic projects under the guidance of the division head. A systemic perspective, proactivity, and ensuring target achievement, budgets, and deadlines are required. Key Areas of Responsibility Establishment and implementation of project management methodologies and ensuring process consistency across the division Ongoing planning and monitoring of work plans, resources, and timelines Identifying risks and proactively addressing potential challenges Coordinating and initiating forums for tracking and driving progress, including status reports, prioritization, and presenting data to the division head and senior management Connecting projects to the division’s needs and striving for continuous performance improvement

    Requirements

    Mandatory Requirements At least 3 years of experience in project management – mandatory Experience as a PMO in a medium/large organization or in a business division

    – a significant advantage Highly developed proactive abilities, analytical skills, and systemic thinking .

    Full proficiency in Excel and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, Jira)

    Excellent interpersonal communication, dynamism, and a strong service orientation Good command of English (reading, writing, speaking)

    Experience working with senior management and in a complex, multi-interface environment
