ServiceNow Implementer

We seek our next ServiceNow Implementer for The Future Of Work Digital Workplace at Deloitte. We combine methodology and technology in a dynamic environment in global and challenging projects. We are looking for a passionate consultant who seeks to understand tech- related services and operations and make a true impact on our customers by guiding them on best practices. What you will do: * Accompaniment and partnership in technological projects based on a broad ServiceNow system from the characterization phase * Characterization of customer needs and construction of technological solutions (development or system configuration settings) based on the ServiceNow system * Accompanying the process of implementing the system installation and adjusting the required modules * Providing service and technical support to managers and employees in the organization on the information system * Support for local and global projects, while working in a close interface with internal and external organizational interfaces
