Deloitte is hiring a Sourcing Specialist to proactively identify and engage top talent, build high-quality pipelines, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience. In this role, you will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers, using a data-driven, measurable approach to improve sourcing effectiveness across multiple channels.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Proactive sourcing: Identify candidates for a variety of roles (including hard-to-fill positions) through LinkedIn, candidate databases, professional communities, social networks, conferences/meetups, and referrals.
    • Market mapping: Research the market to define target companies, relevant personas, and roles; build curated talent lists aligned to agreed profiles.
    • Candidate outreach & engagement: Craft tailored outreach messages and continuously improve response and conversion rates.
    • Pipeline management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records, statuses, documentation, reminders, and follow-ups.
    • Stakeholder partnership: Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to refine role profiles, clarify must-have vs. nice-to-have requirements, calibrate candidate quality, and share market insights.
    • Process improvement: Strengthen sourcing practices by developing talent pools, market maps, and reusable outreach templates.
    • Reporting & metrics: Track outreach volume, response rates, lead quality, time-to-hire, and channel performance; translate data into actionable insights.
    • Compliance: Ensure responsible handling of candidate information in line with privacy, information security, and data protection requirements.

    Requirements

    • Proficiency with sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search (Google/X-ray search, filters, and keywords).
    • Experience working with recruiting systems (ATS) and maintaining a structured, well-managed candidate pipeline.
    • Excellent writing skills in Hebrew; very good English proficiency (reading/writing/speaking).
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage candidates while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
    • High level of organization and attention to detail; strong time management and prioritization skills in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
    • Metrics-driven mindset: ability to track data and improve processes based on insights.
    • Experience sourcing for one or more domains such as technology, data, cyber, finance, consulting, and/or tax.
    • Familiarity with and hands-on experience using automation and AI tools for sourcing and outreach campaigns.
    • Naturally curious and research-oriented; a creative “talent hunter” mindset.
    • Resilience and persistence (comfortable handling rejection and non-response).
    • Business partnership approach: ability to understand hiring needs, sharpen role profiles, and communicate transparently with stakeholders.
    • Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
