    Deloitte is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist

    As part of the job:

    • Management and leadership of end-to-end recruitment processes for financial and professional positions.

    • Characterization of a job profile with a hiring manager, opening a job in the ats and building a sourcing strategy for the job.

    • Finding candidates and creating a pipeline, while constantly working with the LinkedIn Recruiter and the organizational recruitment system.

    • Conducting front-line HR / video interviews with suitable candidates.

    • Accompanying candidates throughout the recruitment process, while working closely and advising professional hiring managers in the organization.

    • Building a job offer and conducting negotiations with candidates at the final stage.

    • Synchronization and participation of human resources partners in the recruitment process.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree

    • English – a native speaker

    • 2+ of experience in recruiting positions (also available from placement)

    • Experience with the LinkedIn system

    • Experience in conducting frontal interviews and working directly with hiring managers – a big advantage

    • Previous experience in recruiting positions from an organization - an advantage

    • Skills of order and organization and the ability to lead processes and conduct oneself independently.
