    BPS Tax Manager

    Description

    A BPS Manager at Deloitte serves as a Finance and Compliance Manager for both local and international clients, including companies in diverse sectors such as high-tech, industry, real estate, and more.

    This role combines leading a team of accountants, bookkeepers, and payroll managers with managing complex client portfolios, conducting financial analyses, and ensuring compliance with local and international regulatory and tax requirements.

    The manager acts as a strategic advisor to clients, integrating cross-border financial processes and implementing tailored solutions in a dynamic environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead finance projects and provide ongoing support to international companies (high-tech, biotech, industry, real estate, etc.).
    • Prepare financial statements per IFRS/US GAAP standards.
    • Advise clients and manage compliance, including regulatory, tax, VAT, withholding tax, and periodic/monthly/annual reporting requirements.
    • Lead and manage a professional team, including bookkeepers, accountants, and payroll managers.
    • Plan, drive, and implement process improvements for clients, such as automation, smart reporting, budget control, and documentation of procedures.
    • Provide continuous support to international clients, with daily communication in English.
    • Collaborate with other firm departments (transfer pricing, international taxation, incentives, etc.) for comprehensive client management.
    • Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders: CFOs, CEOs, and directors.

    Requirements

    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – required
    • At least 8 years of experience in accounting, finance, and/or BPS, with a minimum of 3 years in direct staff management
    • Practical experience with global clients/multinational companies – required
    • Expertise and experience in IFRS/US GAAP financial reporting
    • Proven experience in handling tax, VAT, withholding tax, tax coordination, corporate tax, and annual reporting matters – required
    • Deep understanding of financial regulations, corporate governance, and compliance requirements
    • High proficiency in Excel and various ERP systems
    • Excellent command of English (reading, writing, speaking) – required
