Description
Deloitte Israel is seeking an International Tax Consultant to join our OECD Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) team, based within our Transfer Pricing practice.
This role is primarily focused on Pillar Two, with exposure to other BEPS-driven projects. You will advise multinational groups on cross-border tax strategy and compliance amid rapid change driven by the OECD and other global bodies - not a traditional transfer pricing role.
As part of the job, you will:
- Support clients with tax structure assessments and implementation, Pillar Two readiness and modelling
- Gain experience in global reporting (including Country-by-Country Reporting)
- Assist clients with technology-enabled solutions
- Drafting tax opinions and documentation
- Representing clients in discussions with Israeli and foreign tax authorities.

Requirements
- CPA or equivalent qualification - required
- Proven experience in tax accounting, including deferred tax calculations - required
- Strong command of written English - required
- Experience in interpreting and applying tax legislation - advantage
- Proficiency in spoken Hebrew and English - advantage
- Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
