Deloitte Israel is Looking for an International Tax Consultant!
- The Transfer Pricing team includes a dedicated team for cross-border and international transactions advising Multinational Groups on navigating the fast-paced and ever evolving landscape of International Taxation, especially in response to the OECD’s BEPS initiatives including the Pillar Two Global Minimum Tax regime. Our team works at the intersection of international compliance, strategic planning, and real-world business operations, supporting clients in managing their global tax affairs, meeting new reporting obligations, and minimizing risk while ensuring compliance.
- Our team includes leading international tax advisors, specialists from various jurisdictions, and core experts with substantive experience in cross-border taxation impacting companies operating in and out of Israel.
Our Solutions Include:
- Assessment, planning, and implementation of optimal tax structures for multinational groups, integrating the latest BEPS and Pillar Two requirements.
- Guidance on Pillar Two compliance and readiness, including modelling and impact analyses, and designing controls to meet the new global minimum tax standards.
- Support with global tax reporting obligations, including Country-by-Country Reporting (“CbCR”).
- Leveraging best-in-class technological solutions for cross-border taxation including Pillar Two.
- Drafting professional tax opinions and documentation on the application Pillar Two and other international tax measures.
- Representation in discussions with Israeli and foreign tax authorities.

Requirements
- CPA or equivalent qualification - required
- Proven experience in tax accounting, including deferred tax calculations - required
- Strong command of written English - required
- Experience in interpreting and applying tax legislation - advantage
- Proficiency in spoken Hebrew and English - advantage
- Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
