Audit senior Staff

Deloitte - the leading and largest professional services firm in the world looking for a Talented Audit Senior for the private sector of our Audit Department. * Performing annual audits and quarterly financial reviews for startups companies * Performing audits of income tax reports and declaration of assets * Working according to US GAAP, IFRS and Israeli GAAP. * Supporting IPOs of startups and growth companies. * Supporting equity fund raising, mergers and acquisitions, exit transactions and due diligence. * Accompanying capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, sales transactions (exit) and due diligence processes * A challenging position that offers personal and professional growth. * Hybrid work environment at our offices in Tel-Aviv combined with optional work from our offices in Raanana and Rishon-LeZion and working remotely. * We at Deloitte believe that diversity and inclusion among our people is a critical component of our success and that is why we cultivate an organizational culture that contains and embraces diversity in all its forms.

Skills and experience: * Must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting. * Must be a certified public accountant. * Must have at least 2 years of experience in performing external audits of Hi-Tech companies. * Ability to work on a team and be organized and take initiative. * Attentive to details and service oriented.
