    PC Technician / Help Desk Support About the Role: We are seeking a PC Technician / Help Desk Support to join our IT team. This role involves providing technical support to internal users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and delivering professional solutions in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Provide technical support for internal users on hardware and software issues Deliver in-person and remote assistance Work with a ticketing system and document solutions Install operating systems and software Support multimedia equipment in the meeting rooms Handle mobile devices and tablets

    Requirements

    Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of laptops and troubleshooting hardware/software issues Experience resolving Office and Windows problems Experience in installing operating systems Basic familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM Very good technical English Independent, responsible, proactive, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong customer service orientation Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure Strong prioritization skills and system-wide perspective High motivation to learn and grow.
