Deloitte - the Business and technological solutions firm looking for an Audit & Assurance Manager for the High-Tech sector.

Performing annual audits and quarterly financial reviews for startups companies

• Performing audits of income tax reports and declaration of assets
• Working according to US GAAP, IFRS and Israeli GAAP.
• Supporting IPOs of startups and growth companies.
• Supporting equity fund raising, mergers and acquisitions, exit transactions and due diligence.
• Accompanying capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, sales transactions (exit) and due diligence processes

Hybrid work environment at our offices in Tel-Aviv combined with optional work from our offices in Raanana and Rishon-LeZion and working remotely.

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Must be a certified public accountant.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in as a manager performing external audits of Hi-Tech companies.
• Experience and/or ability to work with AI tools – Mandatory
• Ability to be organized and take initiative.
• Attentive to details and service oriented.
