Deloitte Digital Israel is looking for a Business Operations to support the Head of Deloitte Digital.

This is a high-impact role at the center of our fast-growing digital practice – working closely with leadership to drive strategy, operations, and growth.

What you will do:

• Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives and leadership routines
• Drive operational excellence, KPIs, and business reviews
• Support communications and engagement with clients and global leadership

• Experience in consulting, strategy, or leadership/operations roles
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills (Hebrew & English)
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and thrive in a dynamic environment
• Passion for digital, technology, and innovation
