Deloitte – the world’s largest and leading professional services and accounting firm – is seeking a Legal Counsel for the Risk Management and Quality Department to support the Consulting Division. The position is open to all genders, full-time, in a hybrid work model, at the firm’s offices in Azrieli Towers Tel Aviv, Ra’anana, and Rishon LeZion. Key Responsibilities: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of complex commercial agreements, including professional services agreements, technology agreements, SaaS agreements, agreements with partners, subcontractors, suppliers, etc. Providing ongoing legal support to business units on a wide variety of matters, including handling complex commercial and technological aspects, intellectual property, M&A transactions, etc. Advising, supervising, and monitoring risk management processes and their implementation within the organization. Providing counsel and handling various issues relating to risk management. Ongoing collaboration with senior executives at the firm.
Requirements
Position Requirements: Licensed attorney with an LL.B (Bachelor of Laws) degree – required At least 3 years of experience as a commercial lawyer – required Excellent command of English – required (strong drafting and communication skills, both written and verbal) Superior drafting skills in both Hebrew and English, written and verbal Proven experience negotiating complex commercial agreements Master’s degree in Business Administration or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting – significant advantage Certification in privacy law – advantage Desired Skills and Competencies: Ability to lead complex processes and projects Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills, both within and outside the firm Flexible thinking, creativity, and innovative problem-solving abilities High level of self-directed learning Ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously At Deloitte, we believe that diversity and inclusion among our people are critical components of our success, and we therefore foster an organizational culture that embraces and welcomes diversity in all its forms.
