Tax QRM Manager

Deloitte, the world’s largest and leading firm for consulting and accounting services, is recruiting a Legal Counsel to join the Risk Management and Quality Department, supporting the Tax Division.

The position is open to all genders, full-time, and offered in a hybrid work model, based at Deloitte’s offices in Azrieli Towers (Tel Aviv), Ra’anana, and Rishon LeZion.

 Role Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including agreements in English.
• Advising, supervising, and monitoring risk management processes and their implementation within the Tax Division.
• Leading and supporting cross-organizational projects.
• Providing ongoing legal counsel to business units across a broad range of areas, including regulation, compliance, and adherence to professional standards.
• Advising on risk management strategies, implementation of mitigation measures, and maintaining process quality across the organization.
• Working closely with senior executives and multiple stakeholders across the firm.
• Handling diverse legal matters related to risk management.

• Licensed attorney in Israel with an LL.B degree – mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a commercial lawyer – mandatory.
• Very high level of English – mandatory (excellent written and verbal communication skills).
• Exceptional drafting and communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting – significant advantage.
• Privacy Law certification – advantage.
