Deloitte – the world’s leading and largest consulting and accounting firm is seeking a Resource Management Team Leader for the Audit Division.
The position includes:
Managing a team of several resource managers responsible for:
- Managing, planning, and optimizing the allocation of human resources for the division’s tasks and objectives.
- Assigning employees while balancing the business needs of clients—paying special attention to the division’s and firm’s overall business strategy—with tailoring placements to each employee’s professional development track.
- Gaining a deep business understanding of the division.
- Creating and developing relationships with managers and employees to better understand departmental and individual needs.
- Coordinating and executing daily and weekly resource planning.
- Utilizing a resource management system to support planning and practical execution of plans.
- The position is based at the firm’s offices in Tel Aviv and includes a combination of in-office and work-from-home arrangements.
Requirements
Qualifications/Education/Experience:
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree (Industrial Engineering and Management/Economics and Business Administration/Accounting) – required
- Proven experience in leading cross-organizational projects – required, with preference for experience in resource management
- High-level English proficiency
- Critical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage and resolve complex and sensitive situations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with large teams
