Senior Tax Manager

Our team of experts provides focused advice on Israeli and international tax matters and supports companies with respect to all related aspects. The department is led by top-tier professionals with extensive and diverse prior experience.

The job involves:

• Ongoing support for companies and individuals on Israeli and international tax issues, including representation in tax assessment proceedings, obtaining pre-rulings and approvals from the Israel Tax Authority, and providing tax opinions.
• Support in local or cross-border transactions—tax due diligence, assistance with the tax implications of the transaction structure—taking a holistic view of all local and international tax aspects and consequences.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting — required
• Degree in Law — an advantage
• High level of English — required
• 6-7 years of experience in tax — required
• Experience from large accounting and/or law firms — an advantage
