    Description

    Deloitte is hiring: Event Operations Manager

    Responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of events, workshops, and conferences, while maintaining a high service standard, coordinating vendors and internal stakeholders, troubleshooting in real time, and managing events end-to-end. The role involves working with multiple interfaces including Procurement, Finance, vendors, and more.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan and operate on-floor events (executive meetings, client events, trainings, launches, small/medium conferences, and internal gatherings).
    • Manage the full “event day” lifecycle: set-ups, signage, seating arrangements, reception, catering, and more.
    • Ensure a premium guest experience in line with the firm’s service standards.
    • Manage ongoing vendor coordination (catering/production/equipment/signage): orders, scheduling, and on-site oversight.
    • Coordinate with IT/AV on screens, microphones, video conferencing (VC), presentations, sound/image checks, and real-time troubleshooting.
    • Manage event and meeting-room schedules.
    • Work according to procedures, checklists, and operational processes.
    • Oversee hospitality inventory and equipment (refreshments, servingware, and operational supplies).



    Requirements

    • Previous experience in event operations, hospitality, and/or production.
    • Proven ability to multitask under pressure and adapt to frequent changes.
    • Strong operational orientation, attention to detail, and schedule management.
    • Excellent interpersonal communication, strong service mindset, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
    • Availability for flexible hours (including early mornings and evenings depending on events).
    • High-level Hebrew and English.

    Advantages

    • Experience in a premium environment, corporate hospitality, a visitor center, or high-end offices.
    • Experience with room booking systems, calendars, and task management tools.
    • Basic understanding of AV/VC and operation of smart meeting rooms.
