Description
Position Location: Israel Land Authority Headquarters, Jerusalem
(Permanent on-site work at the Jerusalem headquarters with the option for one day of remote work per week after a six-month period.)
Areas of Responsibility:
- Leading the field of collection and receivables management in a public sector body, including supervision, monitoring, and control of collection performance.
- Data analysis, generating insights, and presenting findings to management.
- Preparing work plans in the field of collections and monitoring their implementation.
- Professional guidance and leadership of the regional collection teams and billing processes.
- Coordination and integration between headquarters units, regional branches, external parties, and control bodies.
- Producing periodic management reports, identifying anomalies, and raising “red flags.”
- Promoting processes to improve collection effectiveness and increase revenue.
Requirements
Position Requirements:
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree (Economics / Business Administration / Accounting / Social Sciences / Law / Related fields) – Mandatory.
- Proven experience working in financial domains – Mandatory.
- Experience managing a team with task allocation, monitoring, and meeting targets – Significant advantage.
- High proficiency in Excel – Mandatory.
- Experience working with SAP or BI systems – Significant advantage.
- Experience in preparing and/or monitoring work plans – Significant advantage.
- High analytical ability, report building, and data presentation at a managerial level.
- Systemic thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to lead processes across multiple interfaces.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
