    Description

    Deloitte is looking for Observability Professional to join our growing team!

    What you will do:

    • Implement and configure monitoring, control and observability systems within enterprise environments.
    • Build operational dashboards to visualize performance, availability, incidents and alerts.
    • Participate in technical onboarding processes for new services and systems, including requirement gathering, monitoring definition, and full deployment into production.
    • Develop automation for operational processes, including monitoring configurations, alerting logic, scripting, and reporting flows.
    • Integrate monitoring tools with other enterprise IT systems such as incident management, documentation, and configuration tools.
    • Support incident investigation, anomaly detection and ongoing optimization of monitoring coverage.
    • Work collaboratively with system, DevOps, cloud, cybersecurity and IT support teams. Technological Environment:
    • Diverse infrastructure environments: servers, operating systems, networking, enterprise services.
    • Cloud platforms - integrating and monitoring cloud resources and services.
    • Automated pipelines and operational workflows using APIs and scripting.
    • Complex multi-layered systems with multiple technological interfaces.

    Requirements

    • Technical background in IT infrastructure: servers, networking, operating systems.
    • Understanding of cloud environments - compute, storage, networking, permissions and security.
    • Practical experience or training in monitoring and observability systems.
    • Familiarity with automation concepts, including the ability to write or adapt scripts.
    • Strong technical English - ability to read documentation and work with APIs.
    • Service-oriented attitude, fast learner, and ability to work in cross-functional technical teams.
    • Hands-on experience in technical roles such as system admin, NOC, DevOps or IT support.
    • Familiarity with topics such as availability, performance, operational analytics, system visibility.
    • Experience in service onboarding - including monitoring scoping and implementation
    • Exposure to scripting, API usage, or systems integration.
    • Familiarity with tools for incident management, documentation, or project coordination.
    • Strong technological curiosity and self-learning ability.
    • Analytical thinking and ability to understand complex processes.
    • Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
    • Attention to detail, proactive approach, and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
    • Degree / diploma / certification in relevant fields such as Information Systems, Computer Science, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, DevOps.
    • Preference given to graduates of practical training programs or significant technological military service.
