International Tax Manager

Deloitte Israel is seeking a CPA / Attorney to join our International Tax team.

Our expert team provides focused advisory services on Israeli and international taxation, supporting companies on all related matters. The department is led by top-tier professionals with extensive, diverse prior experience.

Responsibilities include:

- Ongoing support for companies and individuals on Israeli and international tax matters, including representation in tax assessment proceedings, obtaining pre-rulings and approvals from the Israel Tax Authority, and preparing tax opinions.

- Advisory support on domestic and cross-border transactions, including tax due diligence and assistance in assessing the tax implications of transaction structures—taking a holistic view of all relevant local and international tax considerations and consequences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Law – Mandatory
• High-level English - Mandatory
• 4-5 years of experience in taxation – Mandatory
• Experience from large CPA/Law firms or tax authority – Advantage
