Monitor Deloitte is Deloitte’s strategy practice, working with senior executives, founders, and boards on growth and value creation.
This role reports directly to a Partner and focuses on leading AI Strategy engagements. We support organizations in becoming AI-native / AI-first companies, translating AI potential into clear business direction and impact.
What You Will Do
• Lead AI strategy engagements end-to-end: define the role of AI in the organization, strategic focus areas, and value creation opportunities
• Work closely with CxOs and senior leadership to shape AI vision, priorities, and decision-making frameworks
• Translate AI into business impact: identify and prioritize use cases, define value drivers, and shape focused execution roadmaps
• Define what it means for the organization to become AI-first, including implications on processes, decision-making, and ways of working
• Design operating models for AI: how to organize ownership, governance, and collaboration between business, data, and technology
• Lead client engagements with full ownership: structuring problems, managing teams, and delivering clear, high-quality outputs
• Drive alignment in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and differing perspectives
• Lead and develop consulting teams, ensuring high standards of thinking, delivery, and client impact
• Contribute to shaping Monitor Deloitte’s AI Strategy offering in Israel
What We Are Looking For
• Proven experience leading strategic initiatives involving AI, digital, or data-driven change
• Strong understanding of AI and its business implications, including GenAI and ML use cases, limitations, and value drivers
• Experience in AI strategy, digital strategy, or leading cross-organizational initiatives – from definition to execution
• Ability to translate complex technological concepts into clear business implications and strategic direction
• Strong structured thinking and hypothesis-driven problem solving
• Executive presence and ability to work closely with senior leadership
• Strong leadership capabilities, including team management and ownership of delivery
• Comfort working in ambiguity and shaping problems that are not yet well-defined
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew
Requirements
Preferred Background
• 5–8 years of experience in strategy consulting, or in-house strategy / business roles with exposure to AI, digital, or data-driven initiatives
• Experience working with senior stakeholders on strategic decision-making
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree – advantage
