Backend Developer

Join us to build the cloud infrastructure and backend services behind a core product, in a collaborative environment with strong engineering standards and modern delivery practices.

We seek two Senior Cloud Developers to take ownership of key components, contribute to system design at scale, and consistently deliver production-grade software in partnership with Product, DevOps, Security, and QA.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable backend systems and supporting infrastructure services.
• Own components end-to-end, including testing, observability, and production readiness.
• Improve code quality and delivery speed through strong practices in reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Mentor team members and contribute to the technical roadmap.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure secure, reliable, and maintainable deliveries.
• Investigate and resolve production issues, driving root-cause fixes.

• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Proficiency in Go, .NET (C#), or Python.
• Experience with cloud-native development and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable working in Linux environments.
