Backend Developer

We are looking for a strong backend developer who enjoys exploring new technologies and solving complex system-level challenges. • Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance backend systems critical to core product functionality  
• Take end-to-end ownership of complex infrastructure components, from design to production, ensuring reliability, observability, and maintainability  
• Explore and evaluate new technologies, and integrate them to address infrastructure and product challenges  
• Drive engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, documentation, and design reviews  
• Act as a senior developer within the team by mentoring engineers and contributing to architectural decisions  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, DevOps, Security, and QA to align technical solutions with business objectives  
• Investigate and resolve production issues, customer escalations, and performance bottlenecks using a root-cause-driven approach  
• Contribute to defining the technical roadmap and long-term engineering strategy  

Required Qualifications 

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in backend software development  
• Strong understanding of backend architecture and scalable system design  
• Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Go, .NET (C#), or Python  
• Experience in designing and developing cloud-native applications  
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes  
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices  
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to deliver features end-to-end  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments  
• Comfortable working in Linux-based environments  

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience in mentoring or guiding junior developers  
• Exposure to production support, incident management, and escalation handling  
• Familiarity with performance tuning and system optimization
