Backend Developer

We seek Backend to contribute to backend and infrastructure development, take ownership of components from design through production, and grow within a team that values strong fundamentals, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to design and development of scalable backend services.
• Own infrastructure/software components from concept to production, with guidance from senior engineers.
• Uphold strong standards for code quality, testing, and maintainable design.
• Collaborate with Product, DevOps, Security, and QA to deliver end-to-end features.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause analysis and remediation.
• Participate in improving CI/CD pipelines and engineering workflows.

• BSc. in computer science (or equivalent).
• 2-5 years of hands-on development experience in .NET(C#) or Java, focusing on enterprise backend/server-side systems
• Hands-on mentality with a can-do, innovative approach.
• Broad knowledge of system architecture patterns and best practices
• Independent research capabilities of new technologies
• Great design and architecture capabilities accompanied by passion for clean code and solid architectures.
• Customer-facing and business-oriented approach.
• Great soft skills, desire for mentoring and training people, and excellent inbound and outbound communication skills. - for Eng Manager 
• Strong capabilities in performance tuning and troubleshooting of large-scale systems - For seniors 
• Excellent communication capabilities in English

Bonus points

• Experience with virtualization technologies
• Experience working with public cloud services and APIs (AWS, Azure, Google).
• Familiarity with storage, security, and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with Linux and Windows operation system
