Customer Strategy Lead – Digital & AI Transformation Deloitte Digital

Deloitte Digital is seeking a distinguished Customer Strategy leader to shape and lead enterprise-scale Digital and AI transformation agendas for Israel’s most prominent organizations.

This role is designed for a recognized market authority - a strategic executive with a strong industry presence, an established C-level network, and a proven track record of leading complex transformation programs at scale.

Operating at the intersection of business strategy, customer experience, and advanced technologies, you will define and orchestrate bold, AI-enabled transformation programs across marketing, sales, and service domains. You will work alongside executive leadership teams to fundamentally redesign customer-facing operating models, embed intelligence into core processes, and unlock measurable business value through data, automation, and generative AI.

Your Impact

• Shape and lead enterprise-wide Customer & Digital Transformation programs, from strategic ambition through large-scale implementation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives on AI-powered operating model redesign across marketing, sales, and service.
• Architect end-to-end customer journeys enabled by advanced analytics, automation, CRM ecosystems, and GenAI solutions.
• Embed AI, personalization engines, and intelligent service capabilities into core customer-facing processes.
• Define future-ready operating models that integrate strategy, technology, data, and governance.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholder landscapes to deliver measurable impact on performance, efficiency, and experience excellence.
• Play a central role in market positioning, thought leadership, and business development within the Customer & Digital space.

• 14+ years of experience in customer strategy, digital transformation, or top-tier consulting leadership roles.
• Deep domain expertise across service, marketing, and sales within large, complex enterprises.
• Proven leadership of large-scale Digital and AI transformation programs.
• Recognised market presence with an established executive network and strong business development capabilities.
• Exceptional executive presence and ability to influence board-level and C-level stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of originating and scaling strategic engagements.
• A forward-looking perspective on AI, data ecosystems, and emerging customer technologies.
