UX Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, scalable, and user-centered digital experiences across our products.

The Senior UX Designer will translate complex business and technical requirements into elegant solutions that drive usability, adoption, and measurable customer value.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, the ability to work cross-functionally, and the confidence to influence product direction through user insights and design excellence

Responsibilities UX Strategy & Vision:

• Define and drive UX strategy aligned with product and business goals

• Contribute to long-term design vision and experience principles

• Advocate for user-centered thinking across the organization

• Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities User Research & Insights

• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research

• Translate research findings into actionable insights

• Develop personas, journey maps, and behavioral models

• Validate hypotheses through usability testing and experimentation Interaction & Experience Design

• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and interaction models

• Design complex workflows and data-driven interfaces

• Ensure consistency across products through reusable patterns

• Define UX for edge cases, error states, and system feedback Collaboration & Leadership

• Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders

• Facilitate design workshops and discovery sessions

• Present and defend design decisions with clarity and rationale

• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design culture Design Systems & Standards

• Contribute to or maintain design systems and component libraries

• Ensure accessibility and usability best practices

• Promote scalable design practices and documentation

•10+ years of UX design experience in product-based organizations

•Proven experience designing complex enterprise or SaaS platforms

•Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX process

•Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and usability

•Proficiency in tools such as Zepplin, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar

•Experience working in agile product development environments
