Description
We’re looking for a hands-on multimedia systems and IT support specialist to support AV systems, troubleshoot issues, and assist with podcast production and multimedia operations.
What you’ll do:
- Full ownership of the technical operation, support, and maintenance of advanced multimedia systems on the events floor, with a strong focus on podcast studios and Green House facilities.
- Operating podcast recording sessions end-to-end, including setup, recording, monitoring, and technical support for hosts and guests.
- Supporting podcast post-production activities, including audio and video editing, publishing preparation, and content quality assurance.
- Providing front-facing service to clients and company employees with a strong emphasis on professionalism, courtesy, and personal attention.
- Real-time troubleshooting and operation of AV, sound, lighting, recording, and streaming systems.
- Working closely with IT teams, external vendors, floor operations teams, event managers, and Green House teams in the U.S.
- Responsibility for ongoing maintenance, equipment inventory management, and coordination of services with professional vendors.
- Flexibility to work evening shifts (until 23:00) according to special event needs (once or twice a week, depending on events) and full-time, on-site work only.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience operating multimedia systems, podcast studios, recording environments, or similar media production facilities.
- Proven hands-on experience supporting and operating podcast recording sessions.
- Experience with audio and/or video editing tools for podcast post-production – significant advantage.
- Experience with AV systems, multimedia equipment, and communication protocols.
- Exceptional customer service orientation, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and real-time problem-solving skills.
- High level of English.
- Availability for full-time, on-site work from the Tel Aviv office, including evening shifts.
- Advantages
- Experience with podcast editing platforms such as Adobe Audition, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Audacity, or similar tools.
- Experience with Poly and Crestron NVX systems.
- Experience managing technology projects.
- Experience in IT support.
- Experience in event production environments, Green House studios, or broadcast facilities.
