    Description

    Full-time Location: Tel Aviv (Hybrid) Deloitte’s Audit & Assurance (A&A) division is looking for an IT Manager to join the IT & Specialized Assurance team.

    In this role, you will work with some of the leading companies in the market and gain exposure to advanced assurance projects across information systems, controls, regulation, and technology, along with opportunities for learning and professional growth within a global firm.

    Role Description: The role involves leading and performing assurance and audit engagements in the area of information systems and reporting-support processes, including: • Assessing IT risks and developing tailored, risk-based testing plans

    • Performing IT General Controls (ITGC) testing and application controls reviews across core systems (ERP / CRM / Cloud)

    • Delivering assurance services while working with senior stakeholders, including Finance, IT, Information Security, Compliance, and Risk

    • Working closely with Deloitte’s global methodologies and tools, with opportunities to specialize and deepen expertise in designated areas

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field — required;

    graduates of leading academic institutions are preferred

    • High level of English proficiency — required

    • The role requires initiative, strong ownership, independence, teamwork, the ability to work in a dynamic environment, strong analytical and conclusion-drawing skills, and excellent written • communication abilities

    • Experience managing teams and projects — required

    • Familiarity with information systems — required

    • Experience in IT audit — required

    • Experience in risk management — an advantage

    • Relevant Master’s degree — an advantage
