What You’ll Do
As a Manager, you will lead end-to-end strategy engagements, develop client relationships on a day-to-day basis, and guide teams to deliver high-impact insights and tangible results.
- Lead workstreams and full projects from hypothesis to impact, including problem structuring, analytical workplan design, and executive-ready synthesis.
- Manage client stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and translate complex analysis into clear strategic choices and roadmaps.
- Build business cases, financial models, and implementation plans to support growth, transformation, and value creation.
- Oversee the development of market, competitive, and customer insights; connect qualitative and quantitative findings to actionable recommendations.
- Lead and coach consulting teams; set quality standards, review outputs, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Contribute to practice development, thought leadership, and go-to-market efforts; support proposals, client presentations, and asset/accelerator development.
- Collaborate across Deloitte (Consulting, Risk, Tax, and Financial Advisory) to bring integrated solutions to clients.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Manager with proven market experience and a track record of leading strategic projects that deliver measurable value.
- Proven market experience: demonstrable success driving outcomes in the Israeli market and/or international markets, with credibility in front of senior clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills: hypothesis-driven approach, structured thinking, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Excellent communication: ability to craft compelling narratives and present to C-level audiences.
- Team leadership: experience managing analysts/consultants, setting priorities, coaching, and elevating quality.
- Analytical rigor: proficiency with market sizing, financial modeling, business cases, and scenario analysis.
- Execution orientation: experience translating strategy into implementation plans and measurable milestones.
- Language: Fluent Hebrew and English, both written and verbal.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Law (LL.B), Industrial Engineering and Management, Accounting/Finance, or related fields).
- MBA or other relevant Master’s degree is an advantage.
- 4–5 years of prior experience in top-tier consulting is a strong advantage; additional relevant industry strategy roles also valued.
- Proven experience leading client engagements, managing teams, and presenting to senior executives.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication in Hebrew and English.
