Deloitte, the world’s leading and largest professional services firm in consulting and accounting, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Take full ownership and lead the end-to-end recruitment process. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job profiles, open positions in the recruitment system, and build sourcing strategies. Identify and engage suitable candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, social networks, and the company’s recruitment system. Screen CVs, conduct phone interviews, and hold in-person interviews. Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing close support and consultation to hiring managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field - required
- At least one year of prior experience in recruitment roles, including staffing agencies if applicable - required
- Very good level of English — required
- Experience conducting face-to-face interviews and working directly with hiring managers - required
- Prior experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and social media - preferred
- Strong organizational skills, persistence, process ownership, and the ability to work independently
