    Project Manager – Compliance, Privacy & Technology Governance

    Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager – Compliance, Privacy & Technology Governance to lead projects across the domains of Compliance, Privacy, Regulation, Ethics, Information Security, and AI Governance.

    In this role, you will lead cross-functional projects and processes, collaborating closely with legal, business, and technology interfaces.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Leadership: Manage and lead end-to-end projects in the fields of compliance, privacy, regulation, ethics, information security, and risk management.

    Privacy Verification & Reviews: Lead Privacy Verification and Privacy Review processes for products, systems, projects, and technological initiatives; this includes identifying privacy risks, documenting requirements, and tracking mitigation progress until full closure.

    CIMP Process Management: Manage and lead CIMP (Confidential Information Management Program) processes for technological products and solutions, including AI-based systems, while evaluating privacy, confidentiality, data usage, information security, and regulatory compliance.

    AI Governance & Risk: Support AI-driven initiatives and products regarding Privacy, Compliance, Confidentiality, and Risk, as part of AI Governance and risk management throughout the product lifecycle.

    Ethics & Anti-Corruption Programs: Develop, implement, and manage internal processes to prevent corruption, bribery, and ethical violations across the organization.

    Policy Formulation: Draft, implement, and manage organizational policies and procedures concerning compliance, ethics, Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC), privacy, and confidentiality.

    Confidentiality & Data Protection Control: Oversee and control confidentiality processes and the protection of sensitive data, including reviewing confidentiality requirements in projects, products, and third-party engagements.

    AML & Risk Monitoring: Monitor and control the implementation of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and risk management processes, ensuring alignment with international regulatory standards.

    Reporting & Training: Prepare comprehensive reports, working papers for executive management, privacy and compliance documentation, supervisory audit reports, and training programs.

    Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits to identify, monitor, and mitigate compliance, privacy, confidentiality, ethics, and corruption risks.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage active working interfaces with Legal, Privacy, Information Security, IT, Product, Development, Operations, Regulation, and business stakeholders.

    Tech-Driven PM Tools: Utilize advanced technological tools for project and process management, with an emphasis on Monday.com.

    Requirements

    professional Experience: Proven experience in Compliance, Regulation, Privacy, Risk Management, or Project Management – Required.

    Privacy & Information Security Knowledge: Solid understanding and experience in privacy and information security, including familiarity with relevant regulations such as GDPR and local privacy laws – Required (Significant Advantage).

    Privacy Risk Assessments: Experience or familiarity with PIA (Privacy Impact Assessment) or Privacy Review processes, and assessing privacy risks in products, systems, or processes – Significant Advantage.

    GRC & CIMP Familiarity: Familiarity with CIMP (Confidential Information Management Program) and/or GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) processes for technological products and solutions – Significant Advantage.

    AI Governance & Privacy: Familiarity with Privacy & AI Governance, including privacy, confidentiality, data usage, and risk management in AI-based products – Significant Advantage.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with IT, Product, Engineering, Information Security, and/or R&D teams – Advantage.

    Data Protection & Third-Party Risks: Familiarity with confidentiality processes, protection of sensitive data, and privacy considerations in third-party engagements – Advantage.

    Project Leadership: Strong ability to manage and lead complex projects with both internal and external stakeholders.

    Analytical Skills: Excellent risk analysis capabilities, strong attention to detail, and a proven track record of tracking processes and tasks through to full closure.

    Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

    Interpersonal Dynamics: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

    Language Proficiency: High-level English proficiency – Required.
