Oracle Implementer

Deloitte is looking for an Oracle Implementer to join our growing team!

Join Deloitte’s growing Oracle team and help clients deliver Finance Transformation with Oracle Financials. You’ll work with local and global teams on projects in Israel and abroad, spanning advisory, implementation, and ongoing support, with exposure to AI-driven data and analytics capabilities.

What you will do:

• Translate business needs into clear Oracle requirements.
• Configure, test, and support delivery of Oracle Financials solutions.
• Lead/Support SIT/UAT, go-live readiness, and hypercare.
• Deliver training, documentation, and adoption support.
• Spot process improvements and system enhancements.

• A strong business processes understanding, high logic and analytic skills, ability to define and outline business requirements.
• Experienced with Oracle 
• Experience leading complex transformation projects.
• Finance, Accounting, or related field experience.
• Self-learning ability and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Project management skills and technical orientation
• Bachelor's degree or Certification in a related field.
