    Deloitte Israel is seeking an experienced attorney with a strong business and technology orientation to join our Legal and Risk Management team as a Legal Counsel and Risk Manager – Commercial & Technology, serving as a key partner in supporting the firm’s business activities.

    This role involves advising on complex transactions and engagements, negotiating commercial agreements, and providing practical legal counsel and risk management guidance in a dynamic, innovative, and collaborative environment.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide ongoing legal support for the firm's commercial and technology-related activities.

    Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and technology agreements.

    Advise business units and key stakeholders on legal matters and risk management considerations.

    Identify business, legal, and regulatory risks and propose solutions that balance commercial objectives with legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.

    Work closely with multiple stakeholders across the firm, as well as with business partners and external counsel in Israel and abroad.

    Support complex and strategic projects involving technology, cloud services, artificial intelligence (AI), and business collaborations.

    Provide legal support for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions undertaken by the firm.

    Requirements

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Attorney-at-law qualified in Israel and a member of the Israel Bar Association.
    • LL.B. degree from a recognized leading academic institution.
    • An additional degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Technology, Information Systems, or a related field is a significant advantage.
    • Approximately 3 to 5 years of experience at a leading commercial law firm in the commercial or high-tech sector and/or in the legal department of a technology company.
    • Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and technology agreements, including services agreements, SaaS agreements, software licensing agreements, partnership agreements, supplier agreements, and customer agreements.
    • Excellent English skills, including legal drafting and contract negotiation.
    • Strong legal drafting and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
    • Strong business acumen, analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, creativity, attention to detail, and accuracy.
    • Initiative, personal accountability, and the ability to lead processes and drive outcomes.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service orientation.
    • Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
    • Openness to innovation and the adoption of advanced technologies and AI tools in legal practice.
