Deloitte – the world’s leading and largest professional services firm in consulting and accounting – is seeking an Office Manager for its Jerusalem office, in a temporary role with the potential to become permanent.
Role Description:
- Administrative operations and management of public areas (meeting rooms, kitchens, office equipment, printers, etc.)
- Providing support and assistance to employees on the floor, including resolving day-to-day issues
- Welcoming and hosting clients arriving for meetings
- Managing partners’ calendars
- Coordinating and executing events – including employee wellbeing activities, happy hours, meetings, and onboarding/offboarding processes
Requirements
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience – mandatory
- Ability to work in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- High level of service orientation and patience
- Critical thinking, ability to anticipate potential challenges, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Full proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills
