    Business Development Specialist, Sales Excellence

    Sales Excellence operates within the Clients, Market & Growth division and supports the execution of the firm’s growth strategy. The team focuses on strengthening collaboration across business units, enabling consistent access to specialized capabilities, and improving end to end sales execution processes, allowing firm leadership to remain focused on strategic growth priorities.

    We are seeking a hands on Business Development Specialist with strong execution skills and disciplined follow through to serve as the day to day business development engine for Partners and Managers across the firm.

    This role is responsible for driving organic growth by identifying cross organizational business opportunities, translating them into clear and actionable business cases, and leading execution within a global and matrixed organization while working closely with senior stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead end to end business development execution: Drive new sales initiatives from intake through completion, including clarifying business needs and scope, coordinating stakeholders, removing blockers, escalating issues when necessary, and ensuring effective follow through across all stages of execution.

    Manage and govern the opportunity pipeline: Support opportunity qualification processes, drive progression across sales stages, ensure timely execution of next steps, and maintain oversight of delayed opportunities, escalation paths, and pipeline controls.

    Enable cross functional collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams across the firm to ensure smooth, aligned, and effective collaboration in support of business development priorities.

    Strengthen market and client engagement: Support the identification and advancement of business opportunities through engagement with strategic clients, business partners, and ecosystem stakeholders, in coordination with Clients & Market leadership.

    Prepare leadership reporting and business updates: Produce concise and leadership ready updates on the opportunity pipeline, including status, gaps, required actions, and key decisions. Provide ongoing reporting to senior stakeholders, highlight risks, and support the removal of barriers to drive continued progress.


    Requirements

    • 2–3+ years of experience in business development, sales operations/execution, or growth roles.

    • Proven track record in business development, with a strong ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.

    • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
