.NET Automation Framework-AI

we are looking for an experienced .NET developer to join a mature automation team supporting our customers, where they'll contribute to a 10+ year-old, actively evolving C#/.NET automation framework used across GitHub-based CI workflows. Beyond core development, this person will serve as the team's AI change agent — shaping how the team's growing library of AI agents and skills is built, reused, and scaled as adoption accelerates.

Responsibilities

• Guide the team in adopting AI best practices as they evolve, and contribute directly to building new AI tools
• Stay current on the fast-moving AI landscape and bring new developments back to the team
• Define scalability guidelines and best practices for the team's AI agents and skills, including reuse patterns, avoiding duplication, and preventing regressions
• Develop, maintain, and refactor the team's C#/.NET automation framework on an ongoing basis
• Quickly grasp the framework's complex structure and propose meaningful improvements and solutions to support additional platforms and features as customer demand grows
• Design and build new automation capabilities using strong object-oriented principles and best practices

• 6+ years of hands-on experience as a C#/.NET developer
• Genuine curiosity about AI and a track record of staying current with its rapid evolution
• Comfort operating as a change agent — influencing how a team works, not just what it builds
• Strong mastery of Object-Oriented Programming principles and design
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering multiple .NET projects

• Proven AI Projects Leadership
• Proven experience using GitHub Co-pilot with Claude, Open-AI, Gemini and MAI models
• Experience with automation frameworks
• REST API development experience
• CI/CD experience, particularly with Jenkins
• Advanced GitHub proficiency
