The 47th floor is Deloitte’s hospitality and events space, welcoming clients, business partners, and senior leadership from Israel and around the world. The floor hosts client meetings, workshops, conferences, and high-level business events.
We are looking for an Evening Reception and Operations Administrative Assistant with a strong service orientation, a professional presence, and the ability to work independently. The role is responsible for the guest experience, managing the reception desk, and providing operational support for events taking place during the afternoon and evening.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests, clients, and senior executives; registering visitors and issuing access badges.
- Managing the reception desk and responding to ongoing inquiries from visitors and business stakeholders.
- Preparing meeting rooms and hospitality spaces and maintaining their appearance.
- Providing operational support for events, conferences, and workshops.
- Coordinating with vendors, the operations team, and other professional stakeholders.
- Resolving operational challenges in real time and managing end-of-day closing procedures.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, hospitality, or reception — mandatory.
- Experience in hotels, events, or premium service environments — an advantage.
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Very high level of English.
- Strong service orientation, professional presence, organization, responsibility, and the ability to work independently.
Working Hours:
Sunday–Thursday, 4:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m., with flexibility to extend working hours according to events and business needs.
