We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our Consulting division and play a key role in supporting business performance, financial planning, and decision-making.

What you will do:

• Monitor and analyze financial performance, including actuals vs. budget and forecast.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes in partnership with business leaders.
• Track revenue, profitability, receivables, and key financial KPIs.
• Support Partners and managers in pricing, financial reviews, and commercial aspects of client engagements.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and financial analyses to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Talent and Recruitment, on workforce and business planning.
• Drive process improvements and leverage data and technology to enhance financial insights.

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, budgeting, or a similar financial role.
• Strong analytical and business-oriented mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong technological orientation.
• Experience with, or strong interest in, leveraging AI-powered tools to streamline workflows, automate routine tasks, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
