Our work begins at the tender identification stage and continues through document analysis, preparation of clarifications questions and the consolidation of compliant and high-quality proposals. We operate at the intersection of strategy, precision and execution, ensuring that the firm approaches each tender in a structured, thorough and timely manner. Role Summary This role provides hands-on support to the partners and is critical to the successful execution of complex tenders. The position involves in-depth review of extensive and detailed documentation, identification of key requirements and nuances and close collaboration with internal partners under tight deadlines. The role offers exposure to strategic decision-making processes, close work with senior partners and management, and the opportunity to develop deep expertise in public sector tenders. Overall Responsibilities
• Review, analyze and summarize complex tenders' documents, often consisting of dozens or even hundreds of pages
• Identify critical requirements, nuances and potential risks within tender documents
• Support the preparation and submission of bids, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance
• Track deadlines, clarifications and required documentation across multiple tenders simultaneously
• Work closely with internal managers and partners under tight pressure
